I may use email to communicate with established patients regarding logistical matters (scheduling, billing, etc).  Patients will be required to sign a consent form acknowledging the risks to confidentiality posed by email communication if they desire to communiate by email.  For confidentiality reasons, timeliness of urgent matters, and because of the ambiguity of the written word I do not communicate about clinical matters by email.

253 Main Street is set back a little bit from Main Street.  There is ample free parking next to the building. Enter under the little breezeway between the building and the smaller annex. The waiting area is just at the top of the stairs.

From the North and East (Freeport, Brunswick, and beyond) - come down 295 and get off at exit 17, which puts you on Route 1 Southbound. As you cross the Royal River, exit to the right (sign for Route 115).   Turn right at the light, then enter the second driveway.

From the South (Portland and beyond) - Take 295 North to exit 15. At the end of the ramp, go right onto Route 1 Northbound.  After the second light, exit onto Route 115 (Main St). Turn right at the end of the ramp. Go under the overpass and right at the light.  Go straight through the light and turn right into the second driveway.

From the North (Gray, Windham, L/A and points northward): Come down Route 115 from Gray, which becomes Main St in Yarmouth. Go straight at the light.  Turn left at the 253 Main St sign, opposite Hancock Lumber.
